תנו רבנן שכיב מרע שאמר תנו מאתים זוז לפלוני ושלש מאות לפלוני וארבע מאות לפלוני אין אומרין כל הקודם בשטר זוכה לפיכך יצא עליו שטר חוב גובה מכולם
